Service Description
This simple and fun practice, draws from SomaChi which is a Vinyasa based practice that includes traditional Hatha Yoga postures with influences of Tai Chi, martial arts and somatic movement therapy. We use rolling type motions and somatic exercises beneficial for de-stressing, bringing the body into a parasympathetic relaxed, rest and digest state. It is a yoga that encourages you to study and embody the wholeness of you, right from your big toe to the top of your head. Other benefit’s are feeling energised while relaxed, getting an understanding of how it's incredible to be your body and to encourage movement in areas that may not move as easy. This practice is suitable for beginners but have some yoga experience or have participated in a beginners training.
